activities of the Clinic: Orthopedic
and traumatology Clinic is a professional, scientific and educative
institution in CCUS in the field of orthopedics and traumatology.
- Treatment of injuries and diseases of the complete locomotor
system, including spine.
Treatment is
performed, utilizing modern methods according to the principles
of AO School.
At the Department of pediatric orthopedics, diseases and deformities
of locomotor system are treated in children from the large region.
Spine deformities are treated surgically.
Modern prostheses of hip and knee are implanted, as well as the
revisional prostheses of these joints.
The cooperation with similar institutions from the world (Vienna,
Heidelberg, Chicago) has been developed and it is planned to initiate
the most modern methods of treatment like aloarthroplastics of
joints guided by computer.
