Basic
activities:
Institute for vascular diseases is a professional, scientific and
educative institution in CCUS in the field of vascular diseases.
Institute is specialized for diagnosing and treatment of patients
with vascular diseases of arterial and venous system - atherosclerotic
disease in a broader sense, stenotic and occlusive disease of aorta,
upper and lower extremities, stenotic and occlusive disease of extra
cranial arterial system, diabetic angiopathy, micro vascular diabetic
angiopathy, M.Buerger, polivascular atherosclerotic disease, atherothrombosis,
varicosities, deep venous thrombosis, thrombembolia, chronic venous
insufficiency, spastic states of arterial system, ishemic forms
of vasculitis in systemic diseases of connective tissues.
The most modern diagnostic equipment, including plethysmography,
linear Doppler, Color and Power Doppler and laser fluxmetry soon,
equips Institute.
Modern vasoactive means, new generations of anticoagulative therapy,
thrombolytic therapy, hyper baric therapy, as well as modern therapy
of cardiovascular diseases are used in treatment.
