activities of the Clinic:
Clinic of general
and abdominal surgery is a professional, scientific and educational
institution in CCUS in the field of abdominal surgery.
- Urgent management of trauma and polytrauma;
- All surgical procedures of digestive tract (esophagus, stomach,
small and large intestine) from esophagus to anus;
- Surgical management of all proctologic diseases;
- All surgical procedures of liver (except transplantation, that
is in the phase of preparation)
- Surgical procedures of biliary system;
- Surgical procedures of pancreas;
- Surgical procedures with spleen preservation;
- Laparoscopic procedures, including TEP and TAP hernioplastics,
cholecystoctomies, apendectomies, fundoplications, resections
of tumors of colon and others;
- Reconstruction of front abdominal wall;
- Lymphadenectomies and surgical treatment of retroperitoneal
tumors.
Number
of imployes specijalist: 15 specialists in general surgery.
Departments:
There are three departments (five wards) and outpatient department
in Diagnostics and Polyclinics (DIP) Departments-wards: C-1; C-2;
C-4; C-5; C-9.
